  • With WEIGHTS (left) the resistance is maximum when the elbow joint is at 90 degrees and decreases before and past this angle during the range of motion.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

HOW DOES THE T2 FRICTION HUB CREATE RESISTANCE?

First, let's be clear, the T2 FRICTION HUB is NOT A PULLEY.

Unlike a pulley with a moving wheel, the interior of the T2 FRICTION HUB features a fixed knuckled surface, similar to the knuckles on your fist. You adjust the friction and exercise intensity by tightening or loosening the tension of the strap against the T2 FRICTION HUB using your own BODYFIGHT ® resistance. This gives you the power and control to instantly modify the intensity at any point during the exercise.

 

The T2 FRICTION HUB EXPONENTIALLY INCREASES your BODYFIGHT ® resistance. For example; with as little as 10 lbs. of resistance on one side you generate around 20 lbs. of resistance on the opposing side.
