  • What is RESISTANCE FUSION™?
RESISTANCE FUSION™ is the revolutionary seamless integration of BODYFIGHT®, FRICTION, and ELASTIC resistance into a single fitness multi-tool. This fusion unleashes limitless exercises and training modes that deliver ISOKINETIC, ISOMETRIC, ISOTONIC, SUSPENSION, ELASTIC, OSCILLATING INERTIAL WAVE and our breakthrough, never before available ISO-ELASTIC® Resistance using a single compact training tool for comprehensive total body training. Eliminating the expense and clutter required of multiple pieces of single-function equipment like weights, suspension trainers (TRX), resistance bands, wave trainers and so much more.
  • What is BODYFIGHT®?
WITH BODYFIGHT® THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE RESISTANCE YOU CAN GENERATE. BODYFIGHT™ is our trademarked term for self-resistance. One part of the body fights or resists against another part of the body during an exercise. In the example of a bicep curl, the left arm resists and fights against the right arm. The friction you generate between the Resistance Strap and the T2 FRICTION HUB increases your BODYFIGHT® resistance EXPONENTIALLY. For example; if you provide 10 lbs. of resistance on one side, the housing creates approximately 20 lbs. of resistance on the opposing side. THERE IS NO LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF RESISTANCE YOU CAN GENERATE BODYFIGHT® resistance can be used within the same muscle group or between other muscle groups; chest against back, arms against legs, etc. You are in constant control of the intensity, allowing you to instantly modify and make the exercise as hard or as easy and therapeutic as you like. It allows you to work the involved muscles to complete fatigue without the risk of injury common with weights and bands. The T2 uses BODYFIGHT® in conjunction with timed movement and our patented static friction housing to make Isokinetic exercise possible without bulky and expensive machinery. The effort put into the exercise movement is maximal throughout the entire range of motion - training the muscle from start to finish as effectively and efficiently as it can be trained. The result is greater muscular activation, faster muscle fatigue, and dramatically shorter workout times. Isokinetics, combined with the T2's On-the-Fly Intensity & Exercises Changes, makes it a groundbreaking and unprecedented exercise device.
  • How can it be better than weights or bands?!
With the power of BODYFIGHT™ Isokinetics! A fitness breakthrough available only with the T2. BODYFIGHT™ gives you unlimited resistance with instant on-the-fly intensity & exercise changes with no bands or settings to change. Isokinetics is scientifically proven to build & tone muscle faster, more effectively, and safely than weights or bands resulting in: Greater muscular activation, Faster muscle fatigue, Shorter workout times, Faster results, Without the risk of injury common with weights & bands. • What's the MAX resistance and how does the T2 create it?
THERE'S NO LIMIT TO THE RESISTANCE YOU CAN CREATE! The T2's BODYFIGHT™ system allows you to create limitless resistance. By providing your own resistive effort during a rep, the T2's patented FRICTION HUB exponentially multiplies it. For instance, with just 10 lbs. of resistance on one side, the housing generates 20 lbs. on the opposing side. Unlike a pulley that has a free-moving wheel, the T2 FRICTION HUB has no moving parts. The patented fixed contoured design of the housing interior acts as a static friction surface against the Resistance Strap. You can effortlessly modify the friction or intensity of the exercise by pulling the strap more or less tightly through the T2 Static Friction Housing using your own BODYFIGHT™ resistance. This unique feature lets you actively adjust the resistance at any point during the exercise, giving you complete control over the intensity and making it as challenging or therapeutic as you desire. • What is Isokinetic exercise?
Isokinetic exercise is defined as maximum effort under controlled speeds using accommodating variable resistance. Normally, in order to create controlled speed, very specialized bulky exercise machines costing thousands of dollars are required. These isokinetic machines control the speed of an exercise by fluctuating resistance throughout the entire range of motion of the exercise being performed. Your speed remains consistent despite how much force you exert. The effort put into the exercise movement is maximal throughout the entire range of motion, training the muscle from start to finish as effectively and efficiently as it can be trained. The result is greater muscular activation, faster muscle fatigue and dramatically shorter workout times. The T2 uses BODYFIGHT in conjunction with timed movement and our patented housing to make Isokinetic exercise possible without expensive machinery. Isokinetics combined with the T2's On the Fly Intensity & Exercises Changes makes it a groundbreaking and unprecedented exercise device. • Does ISO-ELASTIC® work the same as BODYFIGHT®?
There are aspects of BODYFIGHT® and ISO-ELASTIC® resistance that overlap and it is one of the many reasons we call our training RESISTANCE FUSION™. You can perform hundreds of BODYFIGHT® exercises with just the Friction Hub without engaging the elastic Power Bungee component and you can perform many of the very same BODYFIGHT® exercises with the Power Bungee engaged. By definition, BODYFIGHT® is the same as “self-resistance” - one muscle fighting against an opposing muscle. This can be bicep against bicep, chest against back, or biceps against legs, etc. Incorporating the Power Bungee with BODYFIGHT® introduces elastic resistance which amplifies BODYFIGHT® resistance even further. This additional elastic resistance can be easily adjusted by changing your distance to the anchor point. Pure ISO-ELASTIC® training focuses solely on the combination of friction from the Friction Hub and the elastic resistance provided by the Power Bungee, without the self-resistance component of BODYFIGHT®. This method involves one handle remaining stationary while the other moves as shown in the image here. Resistance is generated solely by the Friction Hub and by the elasticity of the Power Bungee. • What can I attach the equipment to?
The T2 comes equipped with our specially designed door anchor as well as an anchor strap that allows you to anchor to door frames, vertical and horizontal posts, and self-anchoring without the need for an external anchor point. The T2's weight capacity is 350lbs (159 kilos). Keep in mind that the capacity of your anchor point is a critical safety factor and may be less than the capacity of the T2. Some interior doors may be weaker than others. To avoid serious personal injury always check that the anchor point is secure and able to support your body weight and that all straps and hardware are in good condition. • How much room is necessary?
With multiple anchoring options including self-anchoring, we like to say that if there’s room to stand there’s room to use the T2. We even tested doing a workout in an airplane lavatory (see below). For a full range of motion that incorporates the T2 Power Bungee for our ISO-ELASTIC®, Wave Training, Rope Pull exercises, etc., you need about 16 feet. If you have a confined space, we have an easy setup with the standard kit that works very well. You can see two options here: https://youtu.be/R_7_JjrX6nY and here: https://youtu.be/tjllARM6SiI
