BODYFIGHT® Isokinetics
What is Isokinetics?
Isokinetic exercise is defined as maximum effort under controlled speeds using accommodating variable resistance.
It forces your muscles to experience constant resistance throughout the entire range of motion, training the muscle from start to finish as effectively and efficiently as it can be trained.
Traditionally, in order to create controlled speed, very specialized bulky exercise machines costing thousands of dollars are required. These Isokinetic machines control the speed of an exercise by fluctuating resistance throughout the entire range of motion of the exercise being performed. Your speed remains constant regardless of how much force you exert.

T2 BODYFIGHT® Isokinetics vs. Weights & Bands
How resistance changes through the range of motion
These bicep curl animations illustrate the strength curve of WEIGHTS and BANDS vs.T2 Isokinetics.
With BODYFIGHT® Isokinetics you can increase, decrease, hold, pulse, or release intensity instantly, creating high muscular effort without relying on heavy external loads or fixed resistance levels. The result is greater muscular activation, faster muscle fatigue and dramatically shorter workout times.
This allows the T2 to create high muscular effort without relying on heavy external loads or fixed resistance levels.
How Does the T2 Create Isokinetic Resistance?
Isokinetic exercise is defined as maximum effort under controlled speeds using accommodating variable resistance.
You and the T2 FRICTION HUB work together to create Isokinetic exercise. By using your body's self-resistance, what we call BODYFIGHT ®, with maximum effort PLUS the controlled speed of your reps, you are able to create Isokinetic exercise without the need for large, expensive equipment.
You modify the amount of friction or intensity of the exercise by pulling the strap more or less tightly through and against the T2 FRICTION HUB using your own BODYFIGHT ® resistance. There is no limit to the amount of resistance you can generate.

BODYFIGHT® ISOKINETIC ROW
This patented feature allows you to actively modify the resistance experienced at any point during the exercise.
You are in constant control of the exercise intensity, allowing you to instantly modify and make the exercise as hard or as easy and therapeutic as you like.
Isokinetics combined with the T2's groundbreaking On-the-Fly Intensity & Exercise Changes makes it the safest and most effective way to build and tone muscle, rendering conventional training techniques like weights and resistance bands primitive by comparison.

BODYFIGHT ® ISOKINETIC BICEP CURL WITH ON-THE-FLY INTENSITY CHANGES.
SAFE - No Pain and All The Gain!
With the T2's BODYFIGHT™ Isokinetics you are in constant control of the intensity; reducing the risk of injury common with free weights and bands.
Instantly modify and adjust the resistance to make the exercise as hard or as easy and therapeutic as you like at any moment during the exercise movement without stopping to change bands, settings or weights. This allows you to safely work the muscle to MAXIMUM FATIGUE.
