How It Works
The T2 FUSION TRAINER® is a patented compact training system built around Resistance Fusion™, our proprietary integration of reciprocal BODYFIGHT®, friction, elastic, suspension, and inertial wave resistance.
ā
Unlike weights, bands, or suspension straps, the T2 does not rely on one resistance method. It lets you combine and control multiple forms of resistance instantly, without changing bands, weights, settings, or equipment.
ā
One 4 lb trainer can deliver strength training, isokinetic-style resistance, patented ISO-ELASTIC® movement, suspension exercises, core activation, mobility work, rehab-friendly movement, and dynamic athletic training.

One Trainer.
Multiple Resistance Behaviors.
The T2 is different because it does not train from a single source of resistance. It combines multiple resistance behaviors into one compact system, allowing the feel and intensity of the exercise to change instantly based on how you use it.

BODYFIGHT® Resistance
One side of your body initiates resistance for the other. The T2 Friction Hub amplifies that effort, allowing smaller movements to challenge larger movements with instant user control.

Elastic Resistance
The Power Bungee adds stretch-based resistance, positional loading, and expanded movement range.

Suspension Resistance
Anchor-based bodyweight exercises allow strength, mobility, balance, and core training from multiple positions.

Inertial Wave Resistance
Oscillating movement creates rhythmic resistance for conditioning, coordination, core activation, balance and athletic training.
How Resistance Fusion™ Works

Resistance Fusion™ is created by combining user-controlled effort with mechanical resistance amplification inside one compact training tool.
ā
1. Reciprocal BODYFIGHT® Resistance
The user initiates resistance by pulling one handle against the other. That force is then routed through the T2 Friction Hub, where friction amplifies and modulates the load felt on the opposing side.
ā
This is why a smaller movement can resist a larger movement. For example, a bicep curl can help control, slow, or lock out a squat when both movements are connected through the T2.
ā
2. The T2 FRICTION HUB
The strap moves across a fixed internal friction surface. As user tension increases, friction increases. As user effort decreases, resistance immediately reduces.
ā
3. Elastic Preload and Movement
The Power Bungee adds elastic tension, movement range, and positional resistance. By moving closer to or farther from the anchor point, users can adjust the elastic load instantly.
ā
Together, these systems create user-controlled resistance that is mechanically amplified by the T2 Friction Hub and integrated with elastic, suspended, and inertial movement.

PATENTED RESISTANCE FUSION™ TECHNOLOGY
The T2 Friction Hub Is Not a Pulley
A pulley is designed to reduce friction and redirect force.
ā
The patented T2 Friction Hub does the opposite.
āā
Inside the housing, the strap passes over a fixed contoured surface that creates controllable friction. As one side applies force, the strap loads against the hub. That friction amplifies the resisting effect felt on the opposite side.
ā
The harder you pull, the more the system loads. Ease off, and resistance drops immediately.
ā
This is why the T2 can feel light, therapeutic, intense, or brutally demanding without changing bands, weights, or settings.
ā
It is also why a smaller movement can resist a larger movement. For example, a bicep curl can help control, slow, or even lock out a squat when both movements are connected through the T2.
ā
This fixed friction surface is central to the T2’s patented RESISTANCE FUSION™ system.

BODYFIGHT®:
User-Controlled Resistance, Mechanically Amplified

BODYFIGHT® is the T2’s reciprocal resistance mode. One side of your body initiates resistance for the other side, while the T2 Friction Hub amplifies that effort across the strap system.
ā
Pull harder and the resistance increases. Ease off and resistance immediately drops.
ā
Because the resistance is self-controlled and mechanically amplified, smaller movements can challenge larger movements, and strong muscle groups can be loaded without weights, bands, or fixed settings.
ā
Resistance scales with user effort, allowing a wide range of intensity from light movement to maximum-effort training.
No weights or bands to change. No setting to adjust.

Why T2 Feels Different From Weights and Bands

This bicep curl animation illustrates the strength curve of WEIGHTS and BANDS vs.T2 Isokinetics. The arm color reflects the resistance change experienced throughout the entire range of motion: Blue is least resistance, Red is maximum resistance.
ā
-
With WEIGHTS (left) the resistance is maximum when the elbow joint is at 90 degrees and decreases before and past this angle during the range of motion.
ā
-
With elastic BANDS (center) resistance is maximum at the end range of the motion.
ā
-
With the T2 (right) the resistance can be maintained at maximum throughout the entire range of motion. In exercise science this is regarded as the perfect strength curve. You can increase, decrease, hold, pulse, or release intensity instantly, creating high muscular effort without relying on heavy external loads or fixed resistance levels. The result is greater muscular activation, faster muscle fatigue and dramatically shorter workout times.
āā
This allows the T2 to create high muscular effort without relying on heavy external loads or fixed resistance levels.

Patented & Proprietary
ISO-ELASTIC® Resistance

Most elastic trainers are limited by the band itself. Resistance increases as the band stretches, then drops as it returns.
ā
The T2 changes that behavior by combining elastic tension with the friction hub and reciprocal handle control.
ā
This creates a controlled, continuous, bidirectional elastic feel. You can isolate one handle, move the other, shift your body position, and change the load instantly without swapping bands.
ā
ISO-ELASTIC® training gives the user elastic resistance with greater control, more exercise variety, and a more connected resistance feel than ordinary bands.
ā
Simple adjustments toward or away from the anchor point modify both elastic tension and frictional resistance. No bands, weights, or settings need to be changed.
ā
This allows fast transitions between elastic, inertial wave, battle rope-style, boxing, rowing, Pilates-inspired, and strength movements from one compact trainer.

Constant Core Engagement With Increased Whole Body Activation
The T2 engages the entire body to stabilize, resist, and control movement while training the targeted muscles.
āā
The result is more integrated movement, greater total-body involvement, and more efficient workouts.
